As part of your Virgin Media broadband subscription, Virgin Media provide you with 200MB (Megabytes) of webspace free of charge, which can be used for your own website.
To access your webspace you will require the following information:

* Please note that you cannot use a username with a dot in it for your webspace homepage. If your main username has a dot, you can visit My Virgin Media, set up a new household account without a dot in it, and associate that username with your webspace.
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it here.
You can use Microsoft FrontPage to upload to your webspace, or use a simple FTP client such as WS_FTP, available at www.wsftp.com or CuteFTP, available at www.CuteFTP.com. If you use a Mac, you could try Fetch, available from www.fetchsoftworks.com or Transmit, available from www.panic.com/transmit.
Once you have got your FTP software and opened it, a wizard should guide you through the installation process. You'll need your username and password to set up your connection.
