What is V Stuff?
V Stuff is a new service for Virgin Media’s broadband customers. It consists of four key parts, all wrapped up in a simple and fantastic online experience:
- Backup - this feature automatically and securely backs up your computer files so you never lose valuable documents, photos or music files again. Once up and running, you don't need to worry – new or changed files in your selected folders will be backed up automatically
- Storage - gives you extra space to store photos, music, videos and documents - it's just like a virtual memory stick!
- Photos – loads of high quality digital phone prints delivered straight to your door, for Free*. Depending on your broadband package you’ll get different levels of free prints. To check out your allowance please visit the Photos section of My Virgin Media
- Sharing – allows you to easily share backed up or stored files, including documents, photos and video, with friends & family. You can also view, play and edit files from any computer, anywhere

What is V Stuff Photos?
It is online digital photo printing service that comes integrated with the V Stuff service. We have partnered with Snapfish, leader in digital photo printing and processing space to allow you to print your favourite snaps.
V Stuff users can get free prints of your favourite digital pictures delivered to your door - we also throw in free P&P on your first three orders.
Your free print allocation lasts for the first 12 months after activating this free service on your Virgin Media account.

Why do I need V Stuff Photos?
It’s great fun and great value.
Just select photos from backed up or stored files, and with one click you will be through to our print partner, Snapfish, where you can take advantage of a fantastic free prints offer. Also, get creative with other photo products - calendars, mugs, photo books - the possibilities are endless.
Then get your prints delivered straight to your door. We’ll even pay the first three post & packaging charges, within the first year of your service.
How do I get my free photo prints?
First you need to log in to My Virgin Media, go to the V Stuff area, and activate V Stuff.
You then need to upload any photos you want to print into your storage area, V Stuff Storage, or use photos from your backed up files.
Then go you V Stuff online, select the photos you want to print by ticking the box next to them, and click on the print button. This will send your photos to our photo partner, Snapfish, who will give you on-screen instructions as to what to do next.
V Stuff users get a minimum of 25 free 6”x4” prints per month, and the first three post & packaging charges are also on us too, within the first year of activating your service.
You will see links to information on how many credits you have left in the V stuff area of My Virgin Media.
Remember that your free prints do not carry over to the next month if you don’t use them.
What do I need to get started?
All you need to get started is a digital camera, your Virgin Media username and password, and an eye for a good photo.
If you’ve not been to My Virgin Media, you’ll need to log in with your main Virgin Media username and password, and activate V Stuff.
You can then upload your photos from your computer to your V Stuff Storage area on the web, or you can use photos you’ve backed up, and from there you can select the ones you want to print.
How does free postage and packing work?
The postage and packing costs of your first three free print orders are on us. If you go on to purchase any other prints and gifts you’ll need to pay for Post & Packaging at the standard rates charged by our partner, Snapfish.
You just need to log in with your Virgin Media username and password to activate your service.
