V Stuff - performance update July '09
We'd like to apologise to all our V Stuff customers who may have experienced a few performance related issues since V Stuff was launched. Just to let you know, that we are aware of the problems (mostly around logging in and speed of service) and have a team on the case working hard to get everything fixed as quickly as possible. Rest assured, everything you’ve stored on V Stuff is safe and sound, and we’ll keep tweaking and polishing to get everything working perfectly again.

Where can I find out how many free prints I’ve used or got left?
Log in to My Virgin Media, you’ll be able to see how many photos you’ve got left to use in the V Stuff area, alternatively click on Manage V Stuff, and then on Photos.
Can I get confirmation emails when I order my prints?
Yes. You can put in your preferred email address and our partner will email you with all the details of your order. Alternatively, check out the link to your Snapfish account in the V Stuff section of My Virgin Media.
Where do I get help if there is a problem with the delivery of my prints?
You’ll need to contact Snapfish directly here.
How long will it take to change my entitlements if I upgrade my service?
Generally, it will take up to 48 hours before your new entitlements are available to you.
Your new photo entitlement will apply in the next calendar month.
