What is PC Help?
PC Help is a premium Virgin Media help line, designed to help you sort out computer problems that are not specifically related to your Virgin Media service.
The nature of the Internet and computers means that, from time to time, you can encounter a wide range of problems that stop you getting online, or doing what you want to do on your PC. Often, these issues are unrelated to the services Virgin Media provides, for example problems with Internet viruses, PC operating systems or home networking, third party hardware like printers and webcams, or other software.
Unfortunately, with non-Virgin Media services, we are unable to provide free support through our usual Broadband support team, but our PC Help team can still help you.
The number to call is 0906 991 0001 and calls cost £1 per minute*.
The majority of calls to PC Help are dealt with within 5 to 7 minutes, which means that PC Help can be much better value than getting someone to come to your home to fix a PC problem.
PC Help offers a quality service, with most problems solved quickly and efficiently.
This line is open from 8am to 11pm seven days a week.
What happens when I call the PC Help line?
Our specialist technical staff are trained to deal with a wide range of issues and will go through a series of steps to try to diagnose your problem and, where possible, solve it over the telephone.
Alternatively, where more specialist help is required, we'll advise you which vendor to contact, or where to find further information.
