There are a few reasons why you might see this message:
One possible cause is a mail block, which happens if someone has sent you an email that’s too large for you to receive. It can also sometimes happen if the email has been corrupted during sending.
The best way to solve this it to click on Stop to close the window, then go into webmail, and delete the email from there.
