Is your mailbox bulging at the seams?
If someone tries to send you an email and receives a “mailbox full' error message, it’s usually because you’ve got too many old emails stored in your Inbox, Sent Items or Deleted Items folders.
These folders all form part of your 50MB size limit for your mailbox. So take a look through them and see what you can get rid of.
Tip: If you’ve got lots of attachments, you might like to save these somewhere else on your computer – that’ll help cut the size of your mailbox.
