This error comes up if you previously had another dial-up connection set up and it hasn’t been deleted from your computer.
To connect to Virgin Media, just choose Hang Up and dial Virgin.Net, then click on OK.
If you’re sure you are already connected to Virgin Media it might be worth checking your dial-up settings for any errors.
