Want to be able to reset your password if you ever forget it?
First, set up your security profile now by signing in to Selfcare. We’ll ask you to set up a security question and answer.
Once you've done that, if you ever forget your password, or receive an error telling you your password is incorrect when you try to login to your email, you can reset the password safely and securely.
Click here for details on how to reset your email password. Remember that if you reset your email password, you have to reset your router password as well, otherwise you won’t be able to log in!
