What to include in a report

Retrieving a newsgroup posting header
--The procedure for retrieving a newsgroup posting header will vary from news client to news client however the advice listed below may be of some use. To retrieve newsgroup headers from Microsoft Outlook Express for Windows: --Highlight the newsgroup posting. --Click "File" on the menu bar. --Click "Properties". --Click the "Message Source" button. --Press Ctrl + C to copy the contents of the message source window. --Copy and paste the header and newsgroup posting contents into your report.
