If you're trying to find the password for one of your sub-accounts, log on to Selfcare.
It could be because passwords are case-sensitive. This means if your password is all lower case letters and you use capitals, then the password will not be recognised. So make sure the CAPS LOCK is off and try logging in once again.
Or maybe you didn't name your second child A34yS3aL – whatever the case, you can change your password to something more memorable by filling in the details on the change password form.
