PCguard Total is free to Broadband: Size L (up to 10Mb), Size XL (up to 20Mb) and Size XXL (up to 50Mb) customers. If you're a Broadband: Size M (up to 2Mb) customer, then you need to upgrade to Broadband: Size L (up to 10Mb) in order to get PCguard Total.

You can upgrade easily online, and if you upgrade to Broadband Size L for an extra £7 per month, you will not only get PCguard Total, but you'll also get:

• up to 10Mb speed
• lots of premium Broadband photos, music, kids' educational content and games with our Broadband Extras service

Once you've upgraded your Broadband service, you'll need to open up PCguard from the notification area at the bottom right hand corner of your computer screen, go into on of the premium services - Parental Control, Anti-Spyware or Identity Theft Protection - and follow the instructions from there.
