If you're moving to a National area, here's everything you need to know.
Can I still call you free on 150 from my phone?
As we provide our products down a phone line (often BT) you will be no longer able to contact us by dialling 150 from your phone. However, you can call 0845 454 2222. It costs the same as a local rate call and we'll be happy to help you.
Can I transfer my Virgin Broadband services?
Yes. If you let us know early enough, we can fix things so your services are ready and waiting for you when you move in. As we provide products via a phone line (often provided by BT), you’ll have to ensure you have a connection up and running in your new place to enable us to carry out the transfer.
It's easy to do and our Movers team are on hand to help point you in the right direction. Then, once the line is up and running, all you need to do is plug in your PC and phone and off you go!
Just give us a call on 0845 454 2222 (it costs the same as a local rate call), and we'll get you on your way.
If you've got a Dial Up service and you'd like to take it with you, all you need to do is let us know your new phone number. Simply go to Customer Services on the website and choose the Change your CLI option. Follow the on-screen instructions and you'll soon be able to access the Internet again. Your email address will not be affected.
